AoC/WK Maps and Map Packs Overview Thread

[HJFE]

The purpose of this thread is to link most of the existing Aoc and WK/WololoKingdoms maps in one place. This will give the community easy access to the maps. Maps will be sorted alphabetically. This is only for RMS maps.

Thread will be updated frequently to increase maps. Feel free to ask to add anything.

Installation of Maps:

AoC CD Folder: Transfer the .rms to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\Random" folder.
It should now appear in the game lobby under "Custom" Map Style.

AoC CD WololoKingdoms Folder:
Transfer the .rms to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\Voobly Mods\AOC\Data Mods\WololoKingdoms\Script.Rm" folder.
It should now appear in the game lobby under "Custom" Map Style.

Voobly Steam HD Destination : Transfer the .rms to "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD\resources\_common\Voobly Mods\AOC\Data Mods\WololoKingdoms\Script.Rm" folder.

Steam HD edition(Steam): Transfer the .rms to "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD\resources\_common\random-map-scripts" folder.

Good idea. I moved it to the Downloads > Maps section (viewforum.php?f=103) and made it sticky there, while it's still in its original place as a shadow topic.

great collection! I already have a lot of them, and play them with joy.
I have one problem however, if you collect some of these sets you end up with 100's of maps in your list. And some of them dont have a prefix, like MAD maps.
How do you select a map out of a list that long (i have about 1000), and how do you remember that one good map you want to play again? Is there a way to organise? Can i use folders? I wish there was such a thing, like a map browser (with map info, like minimap snapshot, or a thumbnail viewer)

Yes, the maps can be played in AoC. I have added Team Arena in the updated pack. I renamed all the maps with a prefix AOFE_, good idea! . Yes me too, I like to keep the maps organised. I updated the map pack it should be OK now. Thanks.
