Good Morning fellow lumbercamp enthusiasts.
Yes, I am procrastinating. Buuuuuut it's also kinda productive because I want to address an important issue: Lumbercamps. Or to be more precise: triggeringly bad lumbercamps. Every now and then You come across such horrific lumbercamps, placed on a straggler tree, on the worst spot on a woodline, on an oasis etc etc. It's infuriating.
But luckily there is a cure: Good lumbercamps. I'm not talking about efficiency or microing of wood vils, but about the satisfaction of finding that perfect two by two tile gap in a forest, destined for an ocd-soothing lumbercamp. So let's maybe collect some of those.
So the competition is to find the most pleasant lumbercamp. Enter it by posting a screenshot of the LC and state which game it's from (Maybe add a link to to voobly or the stream or YouTube vid you found it on?). The rules are the following:
- Don't use your phone to take the screenshot
- It must be in an actual game, not just opening the scenario editor
- It can be anyone's lumbercamp, doesn't have to be your own
- The best and worst lumbercamps are all welcome
- The deadline is the 32nd of December
And then I will pick the best lumbercamp (or make a poll, idk yet) based on the following criteria:
- How pleasant is the lumbercamp to look at (is it nicely placed? does it work according to feng shui? how aesthetically satifying is it?)
- Is there a small tree mod in the screenshot?
- Efficiency, if it's a tie. (but: pleasing lc > efficient lc)
The winner is awarded the prestigious title of Finder of the best Lumbercamp December 2018 and will get eternal glory and peace of mind. You may also print out the best lumbercamp and hang it on your wall to look at when you feel down. The worst lumbercamp gets awarded the Golden
glhf!
