Sorry for disturbing, but as it didn't get enough attraction under "Feedback" thread I want to make a new one.
In NC17 Brazil A pick wrong civ, the solution was: BraA pick civ again, but -1 Re, opponent +1 Re
In MoA5 CL pick wrong civ at opponent's match point, and the opponent went away: (which means AW one game)
In NAC2Q1 St4rk pick wrong civ, Nili said: opponent pick any civ in St4rk's civ pool for him
Let me quote what TaToH said in discord:
As far as I see, there are 5+1 version of solution now (Set A pick wrong civ, and B is the opponent)
(a) Nili version:
B pick any civ that still in A's pool for A in that wrong picking game
(b) TaToH version:
A AL this game, with still 5 civ for later 4 games (one remaining)
(c) TaToH version with a little change:
A pick civ he want to use in that wrong picking game, but AL instantly (so 4 civs for later 4 games)
(d) ? version:
A hold some (maybe 2) in his civ pool, and B pick for A from remaining 3 civs
(the later number should bigger than the earlier number)
(e) TriRem version:
B pick any civ that still in A's pool for A in that wrong picking game
A delete one civ in his civ pool, but still can use the civ that picked by B later
(x) ?? version:
A keep his wrong pick, and B become free pick
My thought on these:
(x) very different from the spirit of draft, I don't like it too much
(a) as TaToH said, can be most likely 2 AL (I really think 2 games penalty for a wrong pick is too much)
(b) advantage is only 1 AL, disadvantage is one less game to see/cast maybe tournament host don't like
(c) same to (b), but easier for B to think A's civ
(d) kind of less penalty than (a), at least A can protect his water civ or something
(e) another approach for less penalty than (a) without AL, but with repeat civ
Given one WB semi already use (a), I think (b) (c) is not possible for another WB semi (maybe future)
But (d) has no conflict with (a), maybe Nili can consider about this?
or even Nili don't change to this, B can consider accept A's 2 civ protection for fairer games?
(e) is like 20% conflict with (a), but imo it's better than (a) as well, can admin look into this also?
Feel free for any feedback!
(ps. the condition is base on the mistake is already happen and how to solve it, opinions like "why not choose right civ" not really help here)

I think it is time to add a rule for it. I understood nili aproach on vinchester vs St4rk but I don't think it is the fairest one. What about giving AW and both keep that civ? (There would be 1 remaining at the end of the series but is not too bad imo)
Right now, Vinchester didn't want to be that guy but if he just picked Italians that would make not 1 win but 2 most likely
