I cannot understand if the palisade wall has 250HP (I don't remember for sure) and the research makes it like I dunno 400,500,600HP,whatever, why that couldn't be balanced :?Fortified palisade wall has been removed, it didnt make to the release version.
@ AoFE team: Could you please tell us the reason this tech didn't make the final version of the game?
Imo it'd be a good tech and would enhance options in gameplay.
I asked Cysion about it in one of his streams a while ago and he said that it was just impossible to balance. Either it was too expensive and not worth researching, or it was OP and made people wall all the time.
I think it's a bit lame that the chinese castle age UT is worse then the civ bonus of the byz, in addition they also have to build a castle + pay 400 wood and 200 stone (40 tiles of wall) for it.
Well, don't make it cost 500 then, make it cheaper, +not to mention the micro, vill secs etc to build more palwalls.what if it costs like 500 resources lol. thats 250 palisades. just build more :D

I think it would enhance gameplay.
As for the chinese UT, it should be the original 50% or at least 40%, otherwise pretty useless to research.
I can only think of a Wonder surrounded by chinese walls to justify the nerf,
but after aofe changes, petards cheaper etc, I dunno if this would be an issue. If it ever was.

The Sapper tech from the castle, +15 attack to building for the villagers. How about to change this not just the buildings, buildings and siege too?
