Re: New Expansion (updated 18 Oct)
@NominatedMayan:
Koreans are **** hard to balance :D But I'll try to find a fix. For now, I fixed the costs for their UU. I'll check into giving them some early bonus. And if walls will take longer to build in the future, then quicker walls might be a bonus for Korea. Not only does that fit with their only bonuses, it's also inspired on history where the Koreans had to erect fortifications very fast to stop the Japanese invasions.
@Funito:
Actually, Italians play quite nice now, and they have a UU that rapes mangudai atm :lol:
But it's only a first draft, their tech tree and UU will have some minor tweaks probably. (trash units and their anti-cav bonus)
Extra stone for Saracens sound very interesting. Not only for an early tower but maybe they could combine this with their cheaper market and exploit their trade bonus? I'm liking this path....
@FeAge:
There's no plans to add camels to Japs/Koreans, mainly because they never used them =)
Other suggestions for Japs are welcome of course, but apart from being a weak pocket civ on arabia, they're really a decent civ anyways. So there's no plans to alter them.
@the_Dragon:
Atm, their reload is quite slow, kinda like hand cannoneers. As for imperial eco techs: not sure about those yet.

Italy was a naval force to reckon with. Note that Italy will be a combination of several Italian city states/republics of that time as there was no united Italy.
@Fayt:
It would work just like enemy buildings work now: if you scout them, you know they are there and they'll stay visible through the fog of war. But if the building is destroyed or on fire or changed style because of aging, then you'll only know this if you scouted it. Kinda like it should be
People don't like wolves because they add a luck factor to the game. I'm not going to remove them, but if a dead wolf is invisible through the fog of war, it at least takes away a little bit of that luck factor.
@9qwert:
The -10% wood bonus is nice, but it doesn't save as much wood as Teuton farms or Hun houses Well, it varies, let's put it like that. In a long post imp game, the Hungarians will catch up for sure. And in the dark age, they also outrun the Teutons. But indeed, it's a very versatile bonus. So let's see what it brings!
