So, I tested the scenario, still not sure, what it should prove or how it should be played.
Started booming on 4 TC and reached around 130 Vills or more, I guess. Started trading around 28 mins and deleted vills at the 35mins mark to get back to 125 pop and stayed at 125 (deleting vills for tradecarts). It was too early to cut back to 125 pop, but I followed your spread sheet.
Built 4 Castles, collected all stone, made 30 Trade carts from 3 markets until 40mins.
Final results after 40mins ingame time in ressources:
For some reason one ally sent me 1000 gold, so I had to substract this from my actual ressources.
So trade profit at 2410 should already be above the break-even point after 12mins of trading.
Trade Carts gold cost = 1500g
Woodcost (markets/carts) in gold = (3525/100)*14 = 490g
Caravan 200F/200g = 228g
Sum = 2218g
Assuming the market is already crashed. If you can sell with guilds, the total gold cost would be 2329g.
Note that I played on fast speed (since I can't stand the slow pace of HD), I don't know how much this effects the pathing. Adding to this, my build was far from optimal.
I attached the savegame, if you want to see my titanic gameplay.
