but Escape is in Germany and AFAIK German labor law is much more strict on employers, so it could really be a problem for them...
also while native speaker can be used as a language skill level (often seen used by americans), people rarely structured the sentence like that, the controversy in this thread is not coming from nowhere.
Actually, native speaker as a requirement is often used in Canada (both the english and french part of Canada) and in Australia. Hardly un-common.
