I've been wondering this for about a year now... why is the standard on Black Forest Map Revealed? I think the only other game type where this is the standard option as opposed to needing to explore is DeathMatch, but I was able to see the sense in that after watching just a little of some Death Match tourneys. But BF it doesn't really seem very necessary. I realize that maybe it's just the standard because it has always been done that way, but it doesn't really make sense. I've wondered maybe because it's a map used often to just chill and relax or for beginners and in both those cases, players maybe didn't want to scout... and then it just became normalized. If it is so that a player knows where to wall... that is the point of scouting and in other maps they have to scout for that anyway and it is more difficult to do so, thus if anything, other maps would need map revealed moreso than BF by that logic.
