Technically, by the letter of the law, it is impossible to disagree with DraCoNT here. However, in this case, spirit of the law prevailed.<DraCoNT> this is a joke

Maybe when you quote this here, it would be fair to add 2 players were more than 5 mins late, T90 agreed to give me and Feanor the spots, saying rules are rules. Then 1 player came 8 mins late, other 10 mins late and suddenly they get the spots instead of us. According to the rules, I should get my spot in the top 8 being the 8th and if not get the spot when players are late. Both times that was denied, I've accepted the first time and decided to be the good guy as always. So maybe that explains why I wrote 'what a joke'.
I even cancelled my meeting because I wanted to play this and was sure somebody will be late, prepared start and studied this map and settings for like 1 hour, because I wished to play against so many legendary players. But some people don't respect the times and rules, but since they're 2k1 and higher it's allowed. Seriously next time I'll play any AoC event I'll bend the rules the way I want, not being one of the minority who read and follow them.
It's time to begin being the bad guy, since I've been the good guy for 6 years and such things happened.
Edit: After reading it, it might sound too negative towards T90. That wasn't my point, the event was fun to watch though sometimes the action was too slow due to all the teaming. Also it's nice event and contribution to the community with minimal investment. My point is mainly against the guys coming late, not even knowing the rules, settings and map and still claiming their spots, without even saying sorry.
sorry t90 for not being there on the scheduled time, i misread the timings / gmt conversion + daylight savings and arrived 2 hours later then it started rip, funnily enough just as the game ended
Good that you had a replacement ready in case for non arrivals ready
I really enjoyed watching the experts go at it in the third game bringing many funny moments  looking forward to next series!
Dude almost nobody is going to let dracont play over viper, fan or not.of course ultra fanboy t90 would never let dracont play when he can have viper...
i guess in retrospect bact would no longer sign up

and thats a problem. IF things had gone as planned (T90 waiting in room at 6:45) and IF Viper had shown up late by the same margin he did, then by the rules he has forfeited his position and is to be replaced. Whether or not watching DraCoNT is as exciting as watching Viper, is completely irrelevant.Dude almost nobody is going to let dracont play over viper, fan or not.of course ultra fanboy t90 would never let dracont play when he can have viper...

You can drop the "no one wants to see this guy play" argument now and those saying it towards any 2k player (Edit- any player) have a lack of respect. Feanor was the first player to sign up and I was over the moon to have him sign up so don't act like I don't want them involved. It's obvious Dracont feels as if he will never get an opportunity to play in events like this as he thinks streamers cherry pick the big players. Must be great to then have people insult them and say that to them. If you want a healthy community I'd suggest you try to keep people around but hey, maybe i'm not thinking clearly and what you're doing is right for our game!
I take responsibility for it. If you go back and read what I said you'll see where I'm coming from. I was in the room for 4 minutes before it was past 5 minutes. That's not enough time and that goes back to previous games running late. I'd spoken to players previously and knew they were online. I didn't say anything in the rules about if a game gets delayed and here we are. Like Feanor said things would have been very different if I had arrived on time and he seems to understand where I'm coming from. So saying things such as viper this viper that is completely looking past my point. It's written in the post before this and in the paragraph above in even more detail. I'm not happy with how things have played out and I've said my apologies and meant it . Looking forward to the future.
no its not the highest amount of subs an AoC related channel ever had on twitch FailFish
there is a chinese guy that regularly streams HD for 7k viewers
