Again, let's suppose they they decide to allow a double stream of the same game, Stream A with Katsuni and Memb for the voobly official audience, and Stream B with myself... for my audience. Why insist on this rather than just allowing me to stream on my own channel anyway, where everyone is familiar with, knows where to go and everyone gets their perks. I still don't get it and nobody has seemed to acknowledge this hypothetical situation,
Stream B is not for yourself and your audience. You could be featured there, if you guys come to an agreement.
What makes you think you will be the only one streaming on an alternative channel? I don't suppose you have time 24/7 to stream any event. Also if it is under aoczone management, they decide who streams there. Or more like you decide together who streams where. Edit: and what make you think only "your audience" will watch stream B?
And for why not just allow your channel? Because channel B won't serve only you. It could also be a hub for all HD events. You ignore most of these tournaments.
