I didn't understand the title and When I clicked I'm not sure what you mean, maybe that is why people are not answering.

clanwarpartners mean you are searching for people to play tg with? You could register in ornlu's nomad tournament or use the matchmaking, I guess. 1900-2300 elo tg has many people playing normally.

Else, you could try nC, I see you are german, so that could make your life easier. Of course, you will have to split to play.
