funny enough, squire now makes eagles 15% faster instead of 10%
No, 10% faster would be equivalent to 11,1% faster (see Aztecs military bonus)I think thats just a tooltip fix?

This patch turns out to be a huge deception, the scary part is that we will have to play with that until next balance patch arrives in 5 or 6 months, good job.

All tech tree information about attack rate was WRONG. Almost every serious AoE2 player knew about this.

Celt siege always DID attack 25% faster, NEVER 20%.
Same with Japanese infantry, it was 33% faster all the time ; same with Saracen galleys/Mongol CA, 25% faster, never 20%. Etc. etc.
All the november patch does is finally address, 21 years later, the apes*** that were tech tree miscalculations.

no, celts firing 6 shots vs 5 non-celts means its 20% faster, you need to ignore the first hit since the bonus only comes into play after you fired the first shot. Maybe its easier to understand if we assume the bonus is 100% faster firing, then we fire the first shot in sync, celts get a second shot in and we fire the third one in sync again. Thats 3 shots vs 2, and you fire 100% faster.
