If you don't know what are you talking about you shouldn't, the spanish didn't beat the aztecs, their illness did and the betrayal of the surrounding people.

The Incas also got ravaged by smallpox and even had to fight a civil war as a result of it shortly before the Spanish arrived. It's not about what the Spanish accomplished, but for how long they faced resistance after their arrival. But I'm mostly just snarking about how OP the in-game Aztecs have always been, no need to get too up in arms about this.

A civ that makes AoE run smooth with AMD GPUs with green-eco efficiency mode. So an user like me that is waiting decades for fix can actually play and enjoy the game again.

I think "Indian" civ should be broken up.
Rename current Indian as Rajasthan or something. And add another civ which represents the South, like maybe the Cholas, they should get battle elephants.

"Slav" should be renamed to Russians or something.
How about adding a crusader state as a civ?

The Crusader states are covered by Western European civs currently in the game.

also when I last checked, Turks, Persians are also on Asian continent.

He only said Africa + India + China and not the entirety of Asia. For India + China + Africa we only have Indians, Chinese, Malians and Ehtiopians.

For north Africa we also have Berbers and Saracens but I agree that these regions could use some more civs.

No need to change anything about the current civ at all, except name.

The name change is so that another civ from the currently included region can be added.

AoE2 is not about representing every minor political entity that existed during the Middle Ages.

They were quite a prominent thing during the crusades.

Considering crusades/jihad has some focus in AOE2 campaigns. it would be fitting to have one of them represented as a civ.

They are already represented as a civ by Franks. Civs are meant to be groups of people, not political entities. Yes the recent shovelware expansions upended this but that does not mean we should continue down the path.

I am ok as long as they are civilizations, since DE civ choices are a bit weird, not sure if we can call them civilizations. If they can add two more Turkic civs and soon i can organize a Turkic 4v4 with Turks, Cumans, Tatars, Huns (in theory, Turks were Hunnic) and honorary invitees Magyars and Mongols.

What a Cav archer fest it would be, so my vote goes to Uyghurs considering political situation and they also fit time-frame since their biggest state were 300-400 years after Huns.
