Hello everyone,
IMO introducing in-game ban draft system for the ranked ladder will be quite helpful to bring a fair and balanced play considering the amount of civs we have (and we will have in the future because I doubt the devs will stop at a limit).
More civs means more complicated balance and more time to balance also. Have a ban draft system will allow and gives the players a good chance to have a fair match up considering how many civs we have in the game.
This sysrem will also help the developers as well to get informations and feedback that help them to balance the game by collecting the data why "X" civ was banned a lot for examlple and what to do regarding it.
Just to leave a note; this system will be a temporary not permanent until we have a good balance (which unfortunately will take years considering that we will also have more civs in the future). Actually I don't mind adding new civs to the game for the single player base, but IMO none of them should be in ranked since IMO we have more than enough now.
What do you think?
