NPL Tournament 2018:
Rules And Settings
1. All games have to be played on Age of Empires II: The Conquerors and with UP 1.5
2. If both players agree, any further expansions of the HD version can be played with the WololoKingdoms mod.
3. All games have to be played in the Tournament Lobby 3 (NPL), or the New Player Lobby with Match Stats Only or Vcom Ladder Rated.
4. Players that sign-up must not be banned from the NPL
5. Every Player must respect their opponent. Bad behaviour (determined by staff) will result in a warning and may lead to an immediate disqualification of a Player.
6. After the games have been played, the winning player must post the recorded games to the AoEZone subforum.
7. All the games must be scheduled and confirmed by both Players on an AoEZone scheduling topic in the relevant subforum.
8. Players must only sign up with one account.
9. No Smurf rule. Smurfing and account sharing is not allowed. Smurfing will result in disqualification.

Restarts:
In bo3 and bo5 there is one restart per player, before 4 minutes of play.
In bo7 there is two restarts per player, before 4 minutes of play.
Bugged Maps: If a player starts with a bugged map the Player may decide to restart the game, but this must be said during the first 6:00 minutes (game time). This will not use up their one allowed restart. A bugged map is defined as: a stuck villager or scout, standard sheep ( 8 ), boar ( 2 ) or deer ( 3/4 ) not able to be eaten by vils, berries ( 6 ) with 4 or less sides of berries free to be eaten, a main gold mine (the 7 tile gold) with 4 or less sides of gold free to mine, a main stone mine (the 5 tile stone) with 4 or less sides of stone free to mine. Secondary golds/stones or extra patches of deer/boar are not affected by this rule.
