Mongols have the best eco in early feudal, and even if they dont take deer they are still ahead in resources than most civs except maybe aztecs,maya,jap depending on strategy used. Keep in mind mongol can still feudal faster than any of these civs. They need to take deer to not lose their edge quite quickly to many civs soon though.I don't know if faster boar helps that much since you're likely to have a lot of vills on them.

For most of my career, i used to rank Azt as #2 and maya as #3. Not sure what is your problem. You are that same person who told brit champ + arbs rape goth champ + ehusk post imp. They are good civs, but people prefer huns over other civs on arabia because of the variety it offers, not because they are highly overpowered as you seem to believe. No offense, but you need to get some more experience before having such strong opinions on the civs.

Seriously, their lumberjack bonus is good on any map, not only Arabia. Then you can save some lumberjackers into food and gold to age earlier and mount an infantary, and siege units production is also another bonus of Celts. As enemies usually don't wall Arabia maps, then you can go in there and rush it.4. Celts
Aztecs good on Arabia Map? They got one of the best infantary, but I wouldn't say that it's an advantage as they don't have fast units, so in an open map enemy can easily escape from most of its units. While mayans have Plumed Archer and Eagle Wairror as fast units, Aztecs got only Eagle Wairror, which is lame.5. Aztecs
Mongols are good, all you need to do is reach Castle Age and build a dozen of Mangudai. That fire and run is their best strategy, it works well against most of the units.6. Mongols
The thing that makes japanese good is the price of lumber and mine camp. Then you can build more in far places and gain territory, which is rather good on open maps and also helps on sight line.7. Japanese
Good to age earlier and defend your base with Skiermishers and Pikemen.8. Byzantines
Persians, Chinese and spanish may not be in my top ten either. That doesnt mean they are bad- just that there are a lot of civs that are extremely close to each other in level of goodness. Vikings, Goths, Mongols, Britons, Byz, Teut, Persians, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese dont seem to be far off from each other.Really? No Persians in your top 10? They might not be #1, but +100 resources at start has to count for SOMETHING, right?
Also, Chinese and Spanish might want a word with you.
