Rage Forest 3 Schedule
Please review the following schedule and scheduling rules carefully. By signing up to the tournament, you are agreeing to abide by the scheduling rules at the bottom of this post. If you have a known scheduling conflict with any of the fixed Grand Finale or 3rd Place Match times, please do not sign up
Whenever a set time is finalized, the times will be posted first on Discord under #rf3-schedule and the tournament website. Liquipedia and AOEZone are updated by the community shortly thereafter
Draft Day - Tuesday, March 15 2022 live at 17 GMT
Round of 16: Thursday, Apr 7 - Sunday, April 10 (my birthday!)
Round of 8: Saturday, Apr 16 and Sunday, Apr 17
Semi Finals: Saturday, Apr 23 and Sunday, Apr 24
Grand Finale + 3rd Place Match: Sunday, May 1 15 GMT
Rage Forest 3 Scheduling Rules
Round of 16: Thursday, Apr 7 - Sunday, April 10
- This round is open scheduling - all teams are free to choose a mutually convenient time that works for them.
- Use a best efforts basis to not overlap with previously scheduled set times (all scheduled games will be posted on Discord under #rf3-schedule and the tournament website)
- All set times need to be FINAL by April 1.If consensus has not been reached by midnight GMT on Apr 1, the tournament organizer will force a start time based on the scheduling table below, which does not overlap with previously scheduled sets
Note: Captains, please submit the civ draft one day before your scheduled start

Round of 8: Saturday, Apr 16 and Sunday, Apr 17
- This round is open scheduling - all teams are free to choose a mutually convenient time that works for them.
- No scheduling overlaps are allowed for this round. There are 4 matches and the scheduled start time cannot be within 3 hrs of another previously confirmed time.
- All set times need to be FINAL by Wednesday April 13.If consensus has not been reached by midnight GMT on Apr 13, the tournament organizer will force a start time based on the scheduling table below, which does not overlap with previously scheduled sets

- No scheduling overlaps are allowed for the semi final.
- Semi Final 1 can be played at any time on Saturday, Apr 23
- Semi Final 2 can be played at any time on Sunday, Apr 24
Grand Finals + 3rd Place Match: Sunday, May 1 starting @ 15 GMT
- The Grand Finale and 3rd Place Match are fixed times. If you are unable to play on this day at this time, please do not sign up for Rage Forest 3
- 3rd Place Match starts promptly at 15 GMT on Sunday, May 1
- Grand Finale Match will be played after 3rd Place Match ends
Game Day Rules
Please make sure you follow these rules to ensure a smooth and seamless tournament:
- Game 1 must start exactly at the scheduled start time. It is the players' responsibility to check mods/hotkeys, join the lobby and be ready to start. Restarts because of hotkey or mod issues are NOT allowed
- Higher seeded captain must submit Civ Draft one day before scheduled game start
- All teams must use at least one Tier 4 player
- After 30 minutes of scheduled start, if a team does not have 4 players (including at least one T4), they will be forced to forfeit Game 1
- After 45 minutes of scheduled start, if a team still does not have 4 players (including at least one T4), they will be forced to forfeit Game 2
- After 60 minutes of scheduled start, if a team still does not have 4 players (including at least one T4), that team will be forced to take an Admin Loss for the Match and will be removed from the tournament.
- Players who are unresponsive, egregiously late or players violating any of these rules are likely to face a one-tournament suspension
- Tournament admins will judge forfeitures, admin losses, suspensions and other penalties on a case by case basis
