New maps added to "standar maps" pack with the new exp?

With the new community vote for the rankeds maps, theres some maps that arent in the standard map pack yet.

Since the start of AoeDE the ranked maps were ALWAYS included in the ingame standar map pack. In addition, the new map rotation start the same day as the expansion release.

So, I think we get new maps added to vanilla game with the new expansion.

PS: African clearing = bedouins.

Its should be fair as long as spawning location is somewhat symmetrical (outside the forst). On Coastal one player can have free water access (with back water) while the other doesnt and has to choose to dock either side.

those are just two more maps that are heavy influenced by what map scripters of the community have done before. Like „Four Lakes“ = „Cross“.

As Pinch3 mentioned African Clearing is just Beduins and Costal Forest is like a map that was played in a 2v2 Empires tournament not too long ago (don’t remember the name of the map or the tournament). The only change is, that the water was along the sides where the TCs were (way better in my opinion because the way it is now, docks are incredibly far away from each other and it seems like fc is a must)

Seize the Mountain is also just a renamed version of Seize the Hump... It would be good if they could credit the original map scripters for once.

Coastal forest is Cape of Storms like (a Twopools and EWDuos map made by youngpanda), and maybe has coast to mountains flavour too. Wouldnt be surprised since its as Seize the humb a NAC2 map. But I am not sure if we really needed those maps as they feel not like the best ever made and have very narrow meta.

Seize the Hump is actually a much older map than NAC 2, if I'm not mistaken, it was made by HJFE for Clan Masters in 2016 (could also be older). It was also played during Nations Cup 2017.

NAC 2 and MSC were the latest major tournaments to feature the map, it's actually interesting that it is making a come back as an official one.

Lovely map though, but they should definitely credit the original scripter.

They also gave 0 credits for the civ bonuses they stole
or the stuff Userpatch did for HD before they kicked them out because they thought that they might become an annoyance (money wise)

I'm pretty sure he is. Not 100% sure though. That's a really old map, the first record of it being played is the Extreme Challenge Tournament 2010. Apparently some of those maps came from other sources, but there's no telling which.
