With regards to Tlatoani (which doesn't seem to work at the moment):
Cysion you might want to look more into this because when I used GeniEd Advanced, under the technology "Tlatoani", it modifies the damage to "All Buildings" to 4. However, when I looked at the profile of arbalests, "All Buildings" was not under the attack bonus; instead, "Standard Buildings" is. This causes the mismatch and I guess that is why the UT doesn't register. In order for a UT to successfully trigger a new attack bonus, the original (without the UT) unit's attack bonus to a specific group (i.e. Rams) would be set to 0, and the new UT changes that value to the desired amount.
Personally I don't mind because Mayans are powerful already even without the UT, but it's never a good thing to see a bugged tech.

They do have a bonus against non-ram siege, however it's only +1.On the tech tree it still says that Mandugais have bonus vs siege intead of vs rams.

At first glance this change makes sense, but the more I thought about it, the more I began to feel like this change shouldn't be made. I like playing random map games because of the randomness, y'know?

There will be major updates to avoide syncing out.
Another bug. Druzhina affects the units in a bad way... infantry shots don't count anymore, they have to attack several times for 1 hit. I did the test with 20 E Kamayuks vs 20 Cavaliers (the result is obvious for all civs but for Slavs) and I was shocked - at some point 7 Kamayuks were continuously attacking 1 Cavalier and he refused to die. Slavic Kamayuks act worse than Magyar ones for example even though they have the same stats. I also seen this problem on pikemen and swordsmen, so I think there is something wrong with Druzhina tech.
I really hope the INCA villager sound quality will be improved next patch. :?
