Thats true. I agree that you're right about UUs all can fight by themselves, so Kamayuks should be able to do that also.I agree with u about the sense it makes to add the minimum range, but the in-game purpose of this unit is melee in order to counter cavalry.
Also agree that some UUs are more supportive than main but none of them requires additional units in order to be able to attack, as u are suggesting Kamayuks should be. Completely useless if used alone. Just think about it.
Unless Cysion put them to counter ranged units instead of cavalry^^ :lol:Thats true. I agree that you're right about UUs all can fight by themselves, so Kamayuks should be able to do that also.
Is it possible to give Kamayuks a lower attack at point blank range? Long range -> use awesome spear. Short range -> use lame sword.
and +1 to those who said taj mahal for india's wonder
Hmm... One solution I could think of could be stat nerf -> put it in Feudal, and put additional upgrade for it in Castle age, similar to the heavy EW.Any possibility of making longboats a viable option? More attack? More speed? Less cost? More arrows? Regenerating like berserkers?
The problem right now seems to be that they are basically interchangeable with the galley line, but require a castle, and the elite ones have an expensive upgrade.
Another question:
Any chance of adding new neutral huntables/herdables like goats, gazelles, crocodiles, hippos, cows, Elks?

That is very easy to do and I think some new units are already included.

That is very hard to do unless graphics are provided. Some new units are already included indeed

Nah, hippos, elks and cows are in AoM. But Gazelles, Elephants, lions and crocos are in AoE for sure. However, what I would also like would be some variations of the current herdables, like wild boars (which are more dangerous but also give more food) or elks/caribus - reskin, has slightly more HP and also gives more food than deer. If someone tells me how to extract the units I could try to reskin some of them with photoshop so they look different. Maybe I could also try to create completely new ones, maybe I'm capable of doing this._MariaN_ said:Any chance of adding new neutral huntables/herdables like goats, gazelles, crocodiles, hippos, cows, Elks?
AoE has all of these??? OMG
A Town Bell for rams should be added, this would be an IMMENSE help if you are garrisoning rams but the game is laggy, and even in non lag would save valuable time.Personally I was thinking you could use a drum beat, or even the civ tune (you know that tune that plays when you start the game). Anything, but funcionality first !
And I hope to play it soon

It's a good idea in my opinion, for military units of course.
