Frank is like turk in being underestimated- frank has a powerful castle age and with the help of their castles that cost so less, you can use the powerful knight + throwing axeman combo, while even pushing insanely with castles.

Colored (player's color) "X" on the minimap.
Because in 3v3 and 4v4 games if 2 or more player send the "X" signal on the minimap at the same time, the other players on the team don't know who sends which "X" on the minimap. So colored "X" on the minimap fix this problem, and everybody know who sends which "X".
...As for Turks: no change planned here. They have weaknesses, but also incredible strengths.
As for bridges: I had a topic on those in the beta forum too, but their functionality is hard to line out. Especially since they should also feel right in the current AoC gameplay.

Bridge building should be an imperial tech, and 1 tile should cost alot of stone. It'd give more options to island maps later in the game. But maybe it'd be useless too.
I'd say reduce the Knight bonus to maybe 15% but give the Franks Bloodlines. That way you can not only have 135 HP knights, 158 Cavaliers and 204 HP Paladins, but you also get bloodlines for Light Cavalry
