As of yet he neither has the German nationality nor has represented Germany in any tournament. If that changes, I will add it, but not remove .

"For months" really is an exaggeration. The list was updated 50 days ago and back then he had not reach it.
I always write down the changes already in my offline table (so far 39 changes noted), but only update the whole list every 2-3 months.
There will be an update in ca. 1-2 weeks.

I think it will still matter for some months, maybe even 1-2 years. Even on Voobly it took ~5 years after the new ladders were created until a similar rating distribution to the old ladder was reached. So if DE will be the game for the top players soon, it still needs many months to have a ladder that is even slightly useful.
When the time comes I see myself doing this for DE too.

I haven't played DE myself yet and there are complains, but if some top players already have played 200 rated 1v1 games it can't be too bad. So it looks like I can really start a new list soon. Maybe when the top 10 are 2k, or just start it when the first player reaches 2k.

It's a weird blend of many things. Firstly for a few: NAC3 in on DE so they need to adjust. Without major balance/fixes I can't imagine a bunch of them staying there.

In my case: the game is super smooth to play, and feels great from a playing point of view. Its just the lobby system and the broken civ/unit which is annoying.

Of course they need to fix a lot. And I also just realised that if you don't have profiles, I could only base my list on what I see at the time I check the list. Is a maximum rating even stored somewhere? Because the ratings will go up and down between every update of the leaderboard. So I'd have to wait for information about this too.

This is what I meant. It is updated frequently (not sure how often), which is good, but I can always only see the current rating from exactly when the update ocurred, not their peak. To players, who have played the game, is the peak recorded somewhere like on Voobly? For HD it wasn't as far as I remember.

The DE stats API has as field called maxRandomMapSoloELO which, if accurate should always have their peak.
