Haven't watched the Viv vs Miguel game, but if the map is bugged in a way similar to Max's map where the closest wood is 40 tiles away, I think the admin should make it a clear rule (and inform the players) that if the closest wood is 20 tiles away, the player can request rematch within 6 minutes. I understand that the admins are not able to spec the game live to report a bugged map on time, but it should still be possible to clarify in the rule on more circumstances that can justify a rematch, so that players can request it without the intervention of admins AFTER the game.
Giving each player one chance to rematch is also good way to address sporadic unfair maps. In the first round where the levels between two players can be significantly different, the unfair map is not a big concern, but as the tournament goes by and players' level converge, it would be disappointing to see a player loses simply because of an unfair map.
