I don't know if @Rorarimbo is still around but it would be awesome if he could make the same statistical analysis as he did during the last edition.
I already updated my civ ELO spreadsheet. I didn't reset the scores so the top civs started with a higher ELO. Also with the new draft settings the first couple of rounds might see a few upsets because of players trying to save better civs and win with weaker ones.
Some civilizations became the victims of this system (like the Aztecs, who dropped considerably) but eventually all of them will get what they deserve. Also keep in mind that the ratings only apply to this one particular map (KotD2 Arabia). The Chinese especially shine under these conditions while they would be only middle-tier on regular Arabia.
