Save up some money and buy your own stuff. That's what I did when I moved out of my parents first. Best decision.
I sold my phone, worked two jobs and got my own gym three months later.
Started with a used power cage with dip and chin-up bars, a barbell and 100kg plates. That's all you need.
Added a bench, more plates, two dumbbells that I can load myself, a foam roller, resistance bands and a dip belt later as money permitted. Also picked up an old cable tower from a friend that I use every other moon.
The only thing I might add now are a few kettle bells and chains.

You do not need any special routine. Just be sure u are training whole body not just parts. It is also nice to go pyramide way so u change number of reps/sets. Keep high number of reps because after some time u will adapt and that leads to stagnating. In bodyweighting u have no aditional weight so if you want to "add weight" or make it harder, just change angles, grips or exercises. You can do diamond push ups instead of regular, change width grip in pull ups, or go for pistol squat instead of regular squat.
I do a lot of changes daily, but there are some basic exercises I do not miss. Push ups (regular and diamond), pull ups, squats and hanging leg raise (straight legs). I go every set to failure. First might be 80 push ups ,next one it might be only 50. Depends on lot of factors like diet, rest and even on what I was doing whole day. I always try to workout everyday but of course it is not possible. GL, it will take time but once u withstand you will see results.
