Creatine works, and is gonna be saturated within a week onto the muscle fibres and then you get 3 weeks of benefit.
Then you gotta STOP 'cause you're doing more harm than good.
There is a darn bloody good reason our body doesn't produce MORE creatine, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
(And even if you cannot figure it out, just stick to the fact: IT DOESN'T).

If you exercise hard enough = the rest are trivial.
If you exercise hard enough + want a good-looking body = watch your diet.
If you exercise hard enough + want a good-looking body + compete = watch your diet + take supplements.
