Copa Maswi 2v2 - 500 USD Argentinian LAN Tournament - Official Announcement

Hey guys!

After many years of learning and working in various tournaments, we are glad to announce our biggest tournament yet!




The "Copa Maswi 2v2" (or Maswi Cup 2v2) is a 2v2, 500 USD competition from our MaswiTV community.

This event is open to everyone but mostly for Argentinian players and neighbor countries. It is built this way because the tournament itself (excepting the qualifiers) is in LAN format.

The Main Event is going to be on June 18th, so if you're going to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina or are able to travel at that particular date, feel free to join in!

We are posting here mostly to give you guys knowledge so you can tune in and watch since it will have very competitive settings and players.

Inscriptions are open as of this moment!

First qualifier will be played on May 13th and May 14th
Second qualifier will be played on May 20th and May 21st

You can join both!

Rules and Settings can be found on our handbook. (It's in Spanish)

Feel free to join our discord server if you want to participate or keep check of announcements and the tournament as it is being played.

Hola a todos!

Luego de muchos años organizando torneos y eventos, estamos felices de anunciar nuestro torneo mas grande hasta el momento!

La Copa Maswi 2v2 es un torneo de 500 USD, creado y organizado por nuestra comunidad de MaswiTV.

El evento esta abierto a todo el mundo, pero esta especialmente pensado para jugadores de Argentina y alrededores, ya que el main event será en modalidad presencial (LAN).

El Main Event se llevará a cabo el 18 de Junio, asi que si van a estar en CABA, Argentina en esa fecha, o tienen la posibilidad de viajar, sientanse libres de participar!

Principalmente posteamos aca para visibilidad e invitarlos a que vean el torneo, ya que lo pensamos con settings competitivos y se van a inscribir jugadores muy fuertes. No se lo pierdan!

Las inscripciones ya se encuentran abiertas!

La primera clasificatoria se jugará el 13 y 14 de Mayo
La segunda clasificatoria se jugará el 20 y 21 de Mayo

Pueden anotarse a ambas!

Las reglas e informacion del torneo están en nuestro handbook.

Estan invitados a unirse al servidor de discord si quieren participar, o simplemente estar atentos a los anuncios y seguir el torneo a medida que se vaya jugando.

This Sunday at 15 GMT the Main Event will kick-off!

Semifinals were decided by seeding, and are as follows:

Sanber 2.0 vs XEVER
AfterSide vs TM Pollo Triste

Also, we added 'Ushuaia' to the map pool, and updated drafts accordingly.
