I was just watching a Forest nothing game and noticed that TaToH rebuilt a lumber camp and a mill before advancing:

I can not be certain about the lumber camp but the mill for sure had been built before as he already has farms.
It's not the first time that I see players on nothing maps build the required buildings again just so they can advance and I wanted to make it clear that the game doesn't check for the buildings to be present, just that you built it at some point.
Most buildings (at least the pre-requisite ones) trigger a technology upon being built. This technology has no effect but, once researched, stays researched for the rest of the game. In order to research the ages, you need to already have researched two of these technologies that associated with buildings. What the game looks for is not the building, it's the technology associated with it. Therefore, it does not matter if the building is not actually present.

DauT vs TaToH playing FOREST NOTHING? what is this!!!!!
