But I'm sure there are a few Asian women women who are 2k+

My theory why women are not as "successful" in gaming is that women don't have the same competitive spirit as men do. May have to do with testosterone and certain brain differences.

That's why we see women playing mainly Sims, World of Warcraft and other fairly non-competitive games instead of hardcore competitive ones like RTS, FPS etc. In WCG you don't see a lot of women. They're just not as interested in improving and 'being the best'.
