Looks like a pretty great lineup now. It's so nice that experts are willing to give the patch a try, especially some who have expressed disinterest before (good old money does the trick, eh?). Looking forward to hearing their thoughts and seeing how this develops!

I don't think it's the money who attracted anti-balance players on there, honestly. It's more the players (when you see so many pros signing-up, you don't want to miss on that if you are a pro yourself), and the maps, varied and brand new in tournaments, so you have more chances to win compared to a 100% arabia tournament for example.
Or maybe they just want to try it out the Balance Patch, to see by themselves if all the hate is deserved or not all

Prize pool is small compared to big tournaments honestly it's cool to see such a GREAT lineup when you take that into consideration

Everyone will get to enter. We will just create a fast preliminary knockout Bo3 to reduce to top 128.

For every extra signup more than 128, we will have that many preliminary matches. For example- If we close at 134 signups, we need to have 134-128=6 preliminary matches played between bottom 12 players in order to determine who faces the top 6 seeded players in the round of 128.
