Very disputable
I have found a bug:
the korean unique tech. is not compatible with siege engineers; the reach is only +2 instead of +3.
However, the unique tech. should be changed from +2 reach for mangonels, Onagers, siege Onagers to +3, because then you can use them to destroy Towers and Castles like in Conquerors.
and some idea....
what about change the Magyar Bonus for Scout Cavalary, Light Cavalary and Husars -10% costs to
-10% for stable Units in feudal, -15 in Castle and -20 in Imperial Age?
Mongols should have last armor for cavalry, OR last armor for archers.

It s not OP, one qoestion: have you ever used Koreans? Thier UU is everything else than useful, but as protection for Siege Onagers, which a reach of cannons (8+4), they are very effective vs castels, Towers....

Mongol hussar barely win vs other civ FU hussar by 18 hp(if they get the first hit) or 9 hp(second hit), and they are easier to kill with pierce damage when compared to other civ FU hussar. I wouldn't consider Mongols to have the best light cavalry unit in the game since Magyars get cheaper FU hussars and a UU that is also a trash unit/light cavalry and cost as much as other civs hussars(which IMO is too good for their price considering their op stats and bonus).Mongols should have last armor for cavalry, OR last armor for archers.
No they should not, their light cav already have hp bonus and they are the best ones in the game... mangudai already op, foot archers? don't use them.

What about Nomads getting a secondary effect that gives stable units(knights, camels, scout cavalry, and up) 15% faster speed. Nomads seems useful when you have to rebuild your base, but thats about it when it comes to being useful. It is also historically accurate since Mongols traveled at high speed for days without stopping because each soldier was assigned 3-4 horses.Mongols should have last armor for cavalry, OR last armor for archers.

LOL, 15% speed increase for cavalry is huge. Husbandry only gives 10% and is vital. A 25% speed increase in total for mongol cav is OP. Nomad costs 300 wood. If you want to make it give cav 15% speed increase on top of housing effect, it would have to cost 1100 wood and 600 gold or something. Cuz the 15% on top of husbandry is over the top already. Wonder why Yeomen, the Korean tech and Recurve bow are so expensive? Becuz they stack up upon previous increases. Not to mention such a tech would be imbalanced as Mongols are as strong as they are. Their Mang+Hussar combo doesn't need any boost.
I don't see how faster cavalry by 5%(hussars, knights, camels) with Mangudai is OP when compared to fully armored mongolian hussar or other cavalry with mangudai which is OP, it will just help a little with raiding and when retreating but they will still be susceptible to damage to their low armor. But that is not my main point, I'm just saying that the UT Nomads due to its limited usefulness could be improved either by hussars, knights, camels getting +5% speed OR by including destroyed Castles and TCs in not losing population room.I think you are too focused on the Mongol hussar. Yes, it is not the best post imp hussar. In most cases you would wanna have an normal FU hussar that can survive arrows and raid better. But it is not the hussar that is so scary about Mongols. It's the Mangudais they do the dying for. Hussars do the dying while Mangus do the killing. If you make it harder to get rid of the hussars by giving them more armor or making them faster, the Mangudais behind them will become OP. And Mangudais are as powerful as it is. It's not about the hussars.
