How about restrict the post number per day of each account?
If so, we should be careful as this forum should also be open to players of AoE I, AoK, AoE 3 and 4. And even casual AoC stream viewers might not know Missionaries. On the aiscr forums, a vague, aoc-specific "captcha" question is used to filter registrations. For example, "How many different player colors are there?" and "Which civilization can train missionaries?" are two of the questions used. Maybe something like this could be added here?

1. Fake diploma

Make it like on Reddit (not trolling) where you have to have a certain number of time/posts on the website to be able to post without any limits. People who have been here for a long time and actually make useful contributions shouldn't be affected by any anti-bot-spam policy.Tocaraca disapproves.
Seriously though, per (half an) hour would be better than per day imo
