If you want to donate towards the prize pool, you can donate to my Paypal and/or message me. Please state that the donation should be used for this tournament and under which name you want to be mentioned (or as “anonymous”) in the prize pool topic.
Conditions and Distribution:
If the prize pool does not exceed ~$200, only the top 3 teams will receive prize money.
$300 = top 4, $400 = top 5 ... $900 = top 10.
$1000+ = top 10 + gold medal winners
If $7000 is reached, silver medal winners could receive prize money too.
Example for top 10 + Medals:
1. The first pool will be rewarded according to the nation’s placement in the medal table. Each national team then can decide themselves how to distribute the money within the team.
2. Each gold medal winner will get a prize too.
The exact amount for the medal winners will depend on the total prize pool, as sending $1 for a medal would not work, so the prize pool must extend a certain amount. For example if 20 brackets are launched and 40 % goes to the gold medal winners, we would need ~$3000 prize pool to give each gold medal winner ~$40. If the prize pool was only $400, gold medal transactions would be smaller than the transaction fees.
