i think its because one of the teams didn't upload their POV so far ... they don't want to release the recs bevore they have both POV's to avoid spoilers ...
Agreed, it's disappointing (and somewhat amazing) that there's still no mechanism that automatically downloads and posts tournament games with no spoilers as they finish.
As it is, if I'm not able to watch the live stream, I have no idea when the rec games will actually be posted, and I don't want to read through AocZone for fear of spoilers. After checking back a few times in the following hours or days, I've found that I eventually lose interest and/or inevitably run into spoilers.
Granted, it may be somewhat ridiculous for people like myself to complain about this, as it does seem like increasing the viewership of live streams is the primary focus of the community at this point, and I'm a dinosaur that still likes downloading and watching the recs.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the live streams and think they're a good thing, it's just that if you're an employed person, it's impossible to tune in to a live stream given the start times for some of the matches. Even if it's a weekend, I still find it virtually impossible (and frankly, pretty unproductive) to dedicate 5+ hours to watching a live stream of an entire match start to finish. Contrast that with the ability to download the recs and skip the matches that are restarts, enjoy the games lag-free, and watch them with no delays between matches, and I still think there's tremendous value in providing the rec games in a timely fashion upon completion of matches. Just my two cents.
Btw,what happened to the suggestion of adding fake recs to avoid spoilers? It's weird that we still have not implemented that in previous tourneys and this one
