Or in general: Why is 25% cost discount considered to be better than +20% firing speed?
I watched some Fedaul/Castle shoot/move-shoot/move-fights as well as hit'n'run-raidings in slow motion (expert games) by ranged units and noticed, that usually some arrows are wasted coz the targeted unit would've died anyway, even though less than half of the shooted arrows would've hit it. But that's somehow nothing but theory: It's impossible to constantly analyze the HP of all the opponents units, then calculating expected own damage and then choose the right amount of own units needed to kill it right before every single shot (while the units left shooting at another unit). In raidings one needs theoretically 6 CAs (+Bodkin) for a One-Shot-Kill, because of accuracy let's say 8: So since one can easily mass units coz of cost discount with Huns, usually there are way larger groups of raiding units, although there's no difference between 13 and 10 CAs targeting a vil. With +20% firing speed 10 CAs can kill more vils than 13 because one can't manage these 13 at the theoretical optimum. But the 25% Hun bonus is considered to be better than the 20% Mongol, so why am I wrong?
