If changes are to be made to the game, it should not create new op civs. Huns just got nerfed too much compared to celt/mayans/azt. The nerfs and boosts should have been in a more uniform way. The trend should be: nerf the most op civs the most, boost the weakest civs the most. Not like giving huns a lot more nerfs than mesos, neither like improving frank so much more than korea.
If aofe fixes 2/3 of the things and doesnt the other 1/3, and introduce some wierd changes, the net result can be worse than aoc. For me it is questionable to switch to aofe even if the opportunity arises, because the changes dont yet seem to make it clearly more balanced than aoc, and some changes are wierd.
