Who cares about silly American sports. You see more TV advertisement than sport so why bother watching to be bombarded with advertisements.
America can't even call it a **** Cup like the rest of the world. Sounds more like a wicked 4:20 session than a competitive game of handegg where the players take a rest break every 10 seconds and and padded up to the rim.
The term "bowl" originated from the Rose Bowl stadium, site of the first post-season college football games. The Rose Bowl Stadium, in turn, takes its name and bowl-shaped design from the Yale Bowl, the prototype of many football stadiums in the United States. The names of the National Football League(NFL)'s "Super Bowl" and "Pro Bowl" are references to college football bowl games.
Sounds like a ten-pin bowling event.
