maybe inca too, but i don't play against good enough vil rushers to be confident about that one
I watched sotl's sicilian 50% less bonus dmg video recently. They seem to excel at trash wars, so post imp 1v1 maybe theyre not too bad? (Tg With trade its different ofc lol)Tatars on Arena, Sicilians Post Imp, Burgundians any map where you can't fc into boom Coustilliers lmao
and we all play DM postimp start without gold :DI watched sotl's sicilian 50% less bonus dmg video recently. They seem to excel at trash wars, so post imp 1v1 maybe theyre not too bad? (Tg With trade its different ofc lol)

Honestly Burgundians would be perfect if they'd get Bloodlines in imp
Thought about it, that works too. But it also means you have to research Paladin to get fully upgraded Hussars, which sounds a bit peculiarHow about Bloodlines only getting activated when Paladin is researched?

Huns are a lot worse on Arena than Tatars. Tatars are just fine there actually.Tatars on Arena, Sicilians Post Imp, Burgundians any map where you can't fc into boom Coustilliers lmao
Because they are not.I do not understand how 30% faster construction and gold free blacksmith upgrades are not considered meaningful eco bonuses.
I never want them to get bloodlines, sorry to any top player who disagrees but I personally like it this way.Honestly Burgundians would be perfect if they'd get Bloodlines in imp
fair point, well made.I never want them to get bloodlines, sorry to any top player who disagrees but I personally like it this way.
We finally have a stable civ that's considered cavalry that has paladin and hussar with both final attack and final armour BUT miss Bloodlines, and this has never been added to the game before.
Celts miss armour, Byzantines miss attack. I like this gimmick for Burgundians even if it takes away their late game power as a result.
It's also a unique civ design in terms of tech tree.
Sort of like how Spanish get FU Trash
Incas get FU barracks
Saracen Japanese get FU range
Ethiopians get FU siege
Giving them bloodlines takes away civ identity and we might as well just give teutons husbandry and Turks pikemen and elite skirm if we give Burgundians Bloodlines.
