I would have thought this was pretty obvious but apparently not.
Clan Operators (named in the sign up thread) job is to schedule that clans games. No other clan member should be replying to scheduling topics, unless there's a genuine reason such as the operator is away on holidays or w/e. I dont want to see (and have done several times so far) 2, 3 or even 4 members of the same clan all replying with different times to the same scheduling thread, its messy and its against our rules. What makes it even more messy is the fact 90% of the users on AoCZone dont have their clan name in their nickname, so when you see 3 guys with distinctly different names reply to a thread, admins have no idea what clan their from or what the hell is going on.
So, to repeat - Clan operators schedule only, rest of your clan mates discuss times etc in your forums on your website or failing that in the voobly clan forums.
