I think this is a good poll question even now, but I have no hope that this community (not saying everyone) will ever be objective. The votes will as usual come from personal feelings and biases rather than from intellect. Usual stuff though.
And some people will go an extra mile to insinuate that their own position is logical, rational, and incredibly intelligent while the position of the other side is not.
And I always try to be objective thats one of the principles I live with.
Lack of objectivity is the cancer of this community.
I honestly can't see how any rational human can insist on the AW. What kind of robotic person believes that being a second late (DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION) should be cause for a loss? Any non-robot human breaks rules all the time. That's why you have judges - to determine if something broke the law, and what kind of punishment to mete out. An accident that resulted in being 1 second late should not be punished with something so drastic as an admin loss.
There is nothing special about 4:00 in the game! Taking a re at 3.59 should be the same as taking the re at 4:01. Spirit of the law, guys.
I repeated a whole semester on school ( Second semester) due to my grade on a subject being : 4.949 ( Min. is 4.95 )
Of course there isnt a big difference between one and other if you look out of context. But limits are there, to respect them. If a criminal is fleeing from USA to mexico, there is a clear line where the USA police CANT pass.its not like those 10-15 meters would make any significal difference. You think anyone that is 20.9 years, is really that behind from someone who is 21 for drinking in USA? Anyone that is 17.99999 cant drive even if he is a good driver. 18 is OK though. You really should think more about the society youre living in, before voting and stating things that simply are nothing to do with discussion.
Cheers
To Aurelius. If you believe most people actually vote objectively in polls go ahead and think so. I'm stating what I honestly believe is a fact. And I always try to be objective thats one of the principles I live with. I don't care about your sarcasm thank you.

No matter what your opinion cannot be objective. You seem to think that because your opinion is logical that it is objective, however, both the correct and incorrect answer can have different paths of logic. Additionally, there are many cases where there is no correct answer because of subjectivity.
For example, in Juans thread you said that there cannot be an exception to the restart time because it is stated so plainly in the rules (paraphrasing), but the scheduling rule can be bent a bit because everyone lives in different time zones, have other obligations, etc, etc. Obviously there is logic there.
Now, I would argue that if Admind will be lenient on one rule, then leniency on another rule should be expected, especially when it was clearly an honest mistake. Further, the scheduling rule says in bold that there will be no exceptionsuch which to me makes it seem quite abdolute. Because all of this, I logically conclude that if one rule can be bent, do can another.
See how that works? Just because you find something to be a logical thought process does not make it objective, as there are obviously no objective answers to this problem.
What I basically mean by "lack of objectivity" is unwillingness to let go of biased feelings (when considering who is right and who is not) such as:To Aurelius.
