Sorry for posting a noobish question, but I guess it's one better players could argue over the finer points of anyway.
When do you STOP creating villagers?
I've got the basics of booming down, (get to castle fast, put down 2 extra TCs, and sow enough farms to produce a constant stream of villagers from all 3 to make rapid $$$) but no guide I can find tells me when I've got enough (or how I even keep track of how many I have).
When I play my friend, if my rush fails I often end up losing in the end even though I advance quicker, because by the time I've broken through his stonewalls he has a larger army than me due to less of his population being used up with a million woodcutters. Thoughts?
