After getting responses for some of my low significance topics,I decided to start a full topic. Please don't think I'm misusing the ability.I'm sure at least some people will benefit.
So again,I'm a noob.I was quite good at playing singleplayer which is btw completely different from multiplayer.Anyhow,I could play hard difficulty quite nicely. But when I started playing on voobly,I found myself having quite a good bit of game knowledge(from playing singleplayer and watching recs and videos) but not the faintest idea about hoe to use it.I'v started this topic so everyone can post tips on everything in aoc.I'm sure a lot of people will benefit from this.I'd be thankful for everyone's ideas.I'll start:
When microing cav archers never keep them still-either moving or shooting.
Foot archers work best in defensive position-when enemies are coming towards them and cav archers in offensive when they come towards enemies(shoot, and retreat quickly).
When attacking formations of units with mangonnels, always aim at the front of the group so the ones in the back are hit even if the others aren't.This applies when they're moving forwards.
When attacking using scorpions, aim towards the unit at the back so all units in front also get hit.
