Start treating the internet like real life and it no longer becomes a relaxing place after work or study.
Have a laugh at their expense, they're getting mad at someone they've likely never met or will meet irl. They're essentially venting at an imaginary person. They can say what they like about their life and how awesome it is. They can say how miserable your life is and use racist labels. But at the end of the day it's a mad gamer raging through uses of assumptions to make him/herself feel better about themselves. I find it seriously amusing.
