I got the costs of the techs by adding the costs of all techs in for example the barack, and taking ten percent of it rounded up to a whole ten (252 -> 260). So if your civ has all techs available and you have researched nothing till imperial age, the maximum you can save is 15%, 1.5 times the cost of the tech. And you have to produce 100 vills to get the food back, you invested with "Society".
I created the icons by simply taking the ones of the buildings and giving them a golden look by increasing the yellow part of the colour balance.

- Make the UUs for the Civs
- Make a Castle/Imp-age graphic for the Lighthouse for every Architecture style
- Make a Trade Post Graphic for the Italians, Slavs, Africans and Khmer

- Complete the civs with team bonus and UTs
- Mercenary stats
- Think of UUs
- Balancing
- Campaigns
