A pretty useless feature but a funny one nonetheless.
All units have an attribute called Base Armor, which is used when there are no matches between the attack classes of the unit atacking and the armor classes of the unit defending. For most units, except for herdables as it turns out, the base armor is 1000. Since all units have melee and pierce armor, this base armor is rarely used except for the Organ Gun.
The secondary proyectile of the Organ Gun is able to deal 2 damage to every unit by exploiting this Base Armor. As you can see in the image, it deals 1002 damage thorugh a class no other unit has. Therefore, the 1002 damage is paired with the Base Armor, by default 1000, resulting in 2 damage.
However, herdable units have 0 Base Armor so they actually receive 1002 damage in one shot.
