Since people are speaking of mini balance patch, here is my opinion:
1. Monks:
double conversion time
2. Buildings, Ships, Archers and Hand cannons:
don't target Rams unless there is no other unit in attack range
3. Walls:
Stone wall takes 2 seconds longer to build, Palisade walls cost +1 wood
4. Trebs:
-50% damage vs Castles and Town centers
