Can anyone explain again, why tc fights in LN are forbidden in tournaments? Don't get what's wrong about. What's your opinion guys?
The real question is: do the people find LN fun to watch?
I think is a shitty map either playing or watching it. Shitty spots very often (even with 3 boars behind a huge forest, a guy stealing a spot = gg for the robbed guy, sometimes 80% of the gold piles in one side)
But the most annoying part is that this map has been forced as setting in every round in the last 3-4 TG tournaments, from qualification stage to grand finals. What's the reason? You may say "ara is a forced setting in every round in all the tournaments as well" but give me a break, arabia is 10x than this horrible map in any aspect.
I was told that it's a "popular map" but I only see it being played a lot at 15+16+17+ level and being random civ.
I'd even prefer BF every round instead of LN 11

beduins is one of the best maps ever on its own+1, Bedouins is much better than LN and Nomad.
+6, I hate pretty much every aspect of the map for those reasons. The idea is to test improvisation skills I suppose but most of the time it's just luck. The real question is: do the people find LN fun to watch?

And if all guys middle there vills from there start position it should most of the time be fine
LN ist the worst map to play in tournaments right after islands.
If it must be played it should be at least without any rules, then some people might have some fun with it 1111

Funny to read nicov complaining about LN, while he plays nomad full time and both maps have exactly the same awful distribution of resources, gold might be on north and stones on south, those maps are for fun but for real competition a 85% luck map isn't worth to play.
