SuperLeAGE tournaments are BACK.

I would like to invite you all to the SuperLeAGE of Africa, an amateur 3vs3 tournament, inspired by Battle of Africa 2, which was hosted by MembTV, and whose maps were created by Chrazini. Authorization has already been granted by both of them.

Prize Pool
All donations to the channels twitch.tv/raam0nn, twitch.tv/rodrilandon will be added to the prize pool. Starting prize pool: 36 U$D. The whole prize pool will be awarded to Gold division players the following way:

1°: 60%
2°: 25%
3°: 10%
4°: 5%

Format - Calibration stage + 4 separated divisions.

The tourney will feature an internal calibration stage, which will define each player’s division. Every team will move to the second stage, regardless of their result in stage 1.

*Dates, number of rounds and divisions will be subject to changes according to the number of participants.

Teams will play 1 series per week. Default date & time: Saturdays 20 GMT.

Stage 2 of each division will kick off as soon as all the teams of the division have been seeded.

Stage 1 - Calibration - Bo3, single elimination bracket - July/August

Seeding according to ELO. Teams with the lowest ELO will start in R1. Each round, new teams will be seeded and will face winners of prior rounds. Then, teams will move to different divisions in stage 2 according to their performance in stage 1.

All teams will move to different brackets, according to their performance in the group stage.

Winners of Round 4 - Golden division
Losers of Round 4 - Silver division
Losers of Round 3 - Bronze division
Losers of Round 2 - Bronze division
Losers of Round 1 - Iron division

*Subject to changes according to the number of players
*Round 1: 25/07 to 31/07, Round 2: 01/08 to 07/08 - etc. Until all teams have been seeded into brackets.

Setting a different matchday:

• Players are available to choose any date and time at their will, IF it is PRIOR to the default time of the round. i.e:
  Next round is Saturday 09/27. In case that players cannot reach an agreement, they will have to show up on the default date Saturdays 20hrs GMT, according to the calendar.
  Hence, eligible dates go from Sunday 09/20 to Saturday 09/27.
• In case you set a different date/time, you MUST inform it in the designated channel #To-Be-Defined. We won’t accept any private conversation screenshots when requesting admin-win.
• There will be a 15-minutes-tolerance for every series.

Server:

• In case players cannot pick a server that is suitable for both, the default one will be East US.

General Rules:

• Respect among players is a must.
• 15 minutes tolerance for each game. Once exceeded, admin win will be granted.
• In-between-games-break: If a player exceeds the 15 minutes mark between games, admin loss can be requested.
• Both players are responsible for setting up the rules correctly.

Drops or disconnect:

• In the event of internet outages, games must be restored. Any suspicious behaviour will be reviewed and may have disciplinary sanctions if any system abuse is detected.

• Anyone can stream the games.

In-game Rules

Wrong civ pick (Bo3/Bo5)
If a player incorrectly chooses a civilization that has been banned or has previously been played the opposing player may choose their replacement civilization while still following any civilization rules.

Bugged Map Restarts
A player can request bugged map restarts during the first 6 minutes (game time). A restart requested due to a bugged map is the only restart allowed.
A bugged map is defined as the following for standard resource starts:
Trapped Villager or Scout: If a villager or scout cannot be moved.
Gold: Less than 5 tiles of the main gold cluster are at least accessible on one side, extra gold are excluded.
Stone: Less than 4 tiles of a stone cluster are at least accessible on one side, extra stones are excluded.
Berries: Less than 4 tiles of a berry cluster are at least accessible on one side.
Animals: Spawned with less than 3 deer or less than 8 sheep or less than 2 boars or, one or more of the animals being trapped.

Laming
Players are permitted to do anything that the game allows, including, but not limited to, walling in resources, blocking or killing villagers and killing enemy herdable or wild animals.

Slinging
Players are only allowed to tribute resources once they have reached the Castle Age. If a player in the Feudal Age is slinging their teammates, it will be considered an Admin Loss for that team. This issue MUST be reported by the opponent team. This must be reported the date that the game was played.

In honesty if they think an Argentinian is organising a team game tournament for African players only, then perhaps the event is better off without their participation.

I appreciate your feedback, but even though I try to be absolutely explicit about every rule or characteristic related to the tournament, this might be a little too much.
