1-Burmese
First lets talk about the Arambai. I think the Arambai needs help for now tbf, the unit now is almost useless and not like before, and Burmese were that civ like Mongols who depends mostly on their deadly and great UU but this is not the case anymore after tons of nerfs they did to the Arambai. For Arambai I suggest:
* Arambai receive +2 attack on it's basic attack.
* Arambai speed increased to 1.35 (was 1.3)
* Arambai cost reduced to (60W, 60G) (was 75W, 60G).
* 2nd thing just give Burmese the 2nd damn archer armor upgrade and remove the +1/+1 free armor for their elephants because it is too much.
* 3rd thing I think their imp UT need to be completely removed and give them something else.
* Give stable units and Arambai +1 attack vs buildings.
2-Celts
Now some of you would say: "Celts need a buff?!".
Actually I just ask for 1 thing for Celts, just give them back their infantry speed bonus in dark, their was no reason from the beginning to remove it at all, it was weird nerf. On the other hand I think Celts tech tree is so bad tbf and they have nothing special, even their infantry they just move faster thats it, I think if Celts receive the plate barding armor it will make their stable units usable in imp tbf and they will only lack bloodlines, but still will be usable with plate barding armor but anyway the most important is bringin back their speed bonus in dark. On the other hand I talked before how their UT (stronghold) is so bad and need to be replaced with something better).
3-Saracens
I talked about before how Saracens both UTs are really bad and they are more like a civ bonuses than being a UTs and need something better but here I will just ask for 2 things for Saracens:
* The devs removed their CA bonus and didn't give them something else, and here I ask for something that make their CA some how have an identity and it is not that big thing but would be good, I suggest to give them bonus that their CA created 25% faster thats it.
* 2nd thing, the Mameluke is somehow better than before, however, the 85g cost it still too much, I think Mameluke gold cost should down to 70G or 75G at least but not remain 85G.
4-Bengalis
* I was thinking to Give them thumbring, Hussar and supplies, HOWEVER about thumbring, they have a UT (Paiks) that make their Rathas and elephants units (like elephant archers) attack 20% faster, so thumbring will even make their Rathas and elephant archers fire faster which might become broken with this UT so things may need a study and a rebalance so I don't know.
That's it. Some of you will say:" OMG! what about Spanish, Goths, Turks, Dravidians, Malay, Italians, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Koreans, Inacs! How did you forget them?!".
LOL, none of these civs need any sort of buff imo, they are fine and I even think Dravidians need a nerf to their UU and elephant archers, they fire 25% faster and +18% more with thumbring which is 43% faster and they have a UT that makes them regenerate hp. The civ is not bad at all imo and their UTs are powerful (especially the ignore armor thing which I don't like as a concept in game at all and it feels so broken no matter what).
