Great Wall has 2 gaia fortified walls separating the map, with a separation in the middle. One strategy is to capture both walls, which provides a massive advantage to the player doing so.
While this is especially unlikely given that the version of Great Wall in Mad Random has a double-tc start, it's still theoretically possible in Levee.
To put it simply: is capturing both walls allowed (like laming), or is it unfair play? It would really suck if it happens, but it shouldn't fall afoul of the fairplay rule IMO.
OTOH, it's impossible to generate non-gaia walls that don't surround the player with Random Map Scripts. I'm fairly sure that if Great Wall could do that, it would. So, at the very least, capturing both walls does go against the spirit of the map.
